Due to constantly changing international shipping costs we will have to
quote individual orders, by email before generating an invoice

Please note that we ship all orders outside the UK by DHL
Customs duties and taxes may be due depending on the destination country
DHL will require payment of any import costs due before making the delivery
These costs are your responsibility and in addition to the amount that you have paid us
We strongly advise you to check our terms and conditions before placing an order,
particularly the part about replacement castings:
"Please note that although we will replace a casting if proven to have a manufacturing fault,
due to the often high cost involved, we will not pay the shipping costs in so doing for
destinations outside the UK. If you (our customer) are unwilling to pay the shipping costs
for a replacement casting, then we will refund the price paid for the casting, only, excluding
the original shipping costs."
Some destinations are considered 'remote areas' and require a surcharge. You can check
if your postcode falls into one of these areas by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.
If your postcode falls into one of these areas then we will have to provide you with a shipping quote.
